	A Green Thumb's Up for Wharton Garden Club

	Wharton - Rose Bencel, of Wharton, President of the Wharton Garden Club; and D.P.W. worker Bill Rolph, of Wharton; work on creating a beautiful flower arrangement on the islands of North Main Street. The Wharton Garden Club adopted the islands at the exit ramp of Rt. 80 and the one at the entrance ramp to 15.
